We’ve had the pleasure of working with Tim McEwen and his team twice. Both times we were newcomers to a daunting environment, first selling my mother’s home, working through all the steps of that process, helping us to get a sale price that we were quite pleased with.
Our second time working with Tim was when my wife and I purchased our first home. As apartment renters our full adult lives, we were not sure where to start our process. When we reached out to Tim, he laid out the baby steps to take, advised us on some issues to be aware of and even recommended a mortgage broker we could work with to start that process.
Even after our sale was final and keys handed over, Tim continued to work with us when the sellers left the home in less-than-ideal condition, working with their agent to make things right.
It can be challenging to find people to work with that you are fully comfortable with and trust that they do have your interest in mind, but we have found that with Tim and so long as he is in business, when we need the services of a real estate agent, he will be who we call.Will G.
Tim was great! He guided us through a tough process with our first purchase offer (that fell through, but no fault of his!). With his help we were able to find the perfect house, and got us extra money thought a buyers bonus we didn’t think of! On the seller side, Tim was also great. We ended up selling our home for $25,000 over list, in just 7 days, with 5 legitimate offers! From staging, to pictures, his team handled it all. Always easy to get a hold of, and answered the hundreds of questions we seemed to have. Great work!

Our closing was a complete mess! Not Tim’s fault, our buyer’s buyer had issues. He and our buyer’s realtor worked so hard to keep the closing on track. Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough about our experiences with Tim! When we first talked about moving, it was exciting, but it seemed that we would never be able to find a place that fit our criteria.
